UV Accelerated Weathering Aging Test Chamber Ultraviolet Tester
The main function:
The UV-accelerated aging test chamber uses imported UVA-340 fluorescent UV light as a light source to simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The UV weatherproof box uses a fluorescent UV lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, and uses condensed moisture to simulate dew. The material to be tested is placed in a cyclical program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature to accelerate the weathering test of the material to obtain the weather resistance of the material. The UV box can reproduce the hazards of outdoor months or years in days or weeks. Types of hazards include: fading, discoloration, loss of light, powdering, cracking, turbidity, air bubbles, embrittlement, strength, decay, and oxidation. This machine contains a shower device.
The UV accelerated aging test chamber simulates environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in a natural climate. By recreating these conditions, they are combined into one cycle and automatically executed to complete the cycle. This is how the UV aging test chamber works. In this process, the equipment can automatically monitor the temperature of the blackboard and the temperature of the water tank. By configuring the irradiance measurement and control device (optional), the irradiance can be measured and controlled to stabilize the irradiance at 0.76W/m2. /340nm or specified setting value, and greatly extend the life of the lamp.

Light source:
The light source uses 8 imported UV fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from. The luminescence spectrum energy of the UVA-340 lamp is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340 nm, and the luminescence spectrum of the UVB-313 lamp is mainly concentrated near the wavelength of 313 nm. We use the UVA-340 lamp because the fluorescent light energy output will gradually decay with time. In order to reduce the impact of the test due to the attenuation of light energy, this test box is every 1/1 of all eight lamps. When the fluorescent lamp of 4 is used, an old lamp is replaced by a new lamp, so that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of a new lamp and an old lamp, thereby obtaining a constant output light energy. The effective life of the lamp can be around 1600 hours.
Power control:
a. Blackboard temperature and condensing temperature are controlled by controller.
b. The rest basically use imported electronic components.
Uniformity of irradiance: ≤ 4% (at the surface of the sample)
Blackboard temperature monitoring: The standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to precisely control the sample surface temperature during the test.
Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75 °C; but the actual maximum temperature limit of the internal temperature protection device is 93 °C ± 10%.
Blackboard temperature control accuracy: ±0.5 °C,
c. Sink temperature monitoring: During the loop test, one test section is a dark condensation process, which requires a saturated water vapor that can generate a higher temperature in the tank. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, Dew will condense on the surface of the sample. The sink is located in the lower part of the cabinet and has an electric heater.
Sink temperature control range: 40~60°C
d, the test box is equipped with a time controller, the range is 0~530H, power failure memory function.
e, safety protection device:
Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 °C ± 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter the equilibrium state to cool.
The low water level alarm in the sink prevents the heater from being burned.
